Ms. Willie Catherin Martin Reynolds, age 68, of Dallas, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2012. She was born on October 19, 1943 in Cedartown. She was the daughter of the late Ambrose and Ada Pearl Bates Martin.

Ms. Reynolds is survived by her sons, Bryan Ayers, Sr., David Ayers and Daniel Ayers and her extended children Bryan Ayers, Jr. and Crystal Ballweg; brother, Walter Martin; grandchildren, Vanessa O'Neal, Jerry O'Neal, Joseph O'Neal, Ada O'Neal, Shanna Ayers, Brittany Ayers, Tori Ayers and Lori Ayers and 10 great-grandchildren.

Ms. Reynolds is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, W.H. Reynolds; daughter, Teresa O'Neal; sister, Flora Wright and brothers, J.T. Martin, RB Martin, Preston Martin, Seford Martin and Marvin Martin.

The funeral arrangements for Ms. Reynolds will be conducted on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at two o'clock in the afternoon in the Gammage Funeral Home Chapel.

Interment will follow in the Center Cemetery in Felton, Georgia.

The family of Ms. Reynolds will receive family and friends on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 from twelve o'clock in the afternoon until the funeral hour at the Gammage Funeral Home.
