Mr. William "Wayne" Weaver, age 87 of Gadsden, Alabama, passed away on Thursday, March 14, 2024.  He was born on December 14, 1936 in Cedartown, Georgia. He was the son of the late William Wade Weaver, Sr. and Mary Peek Weaver.

Mr. Weaver is survived by his daughters, Kimberly Weaver and Phyllis Weaver Beach; granddaughter, Alexandria Dair Beach; sister-in-law, Jean Weaver; nieces, Leigh Anne and Stephanie; and many others loving survivors.

Mr. Weaver is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Helen Leola Barnette Weaver; brothers, William Wade Weavers, Jr. and Dr. Jerry O. Weavers; and nephew, Edward Keith Weaver.

In keeping with Mr. Weaver's wishes, he was cremated.  The family will have a private memorial service at a later date in the family lot of Northveiw Cemetery.
