Mr. William Neal Riggins, age 73 of Cedartown, passed away Friday, August 25, 2006. He was born on November 9, 1932 in Fulton County.

He is survived by wife, Vickie Ann Brown Riggins; daughter, Patricia Ann Riggins; step daughters, Selena Mixon, Patricia Damiano; step-son, Larry Green; sister and brother-in-law Betty Riggins Stichl and Norman Stichl. Also surviving are seven grandchildren.

The funeral service will be conducted on Sunday, August 27th at 2:00p.m. in the Chapel of the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home with Dr. David Taylor and Rev. Wayne Benefield officiating. Interment will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery in Austell with full military rites conducted by Brewster-Cleveland Post # 86.
