Mr. William "Billy" Elbert Stewart, age 45, of Dalton, passed away Thursday, May 7, 2009. He was born October 30, 1963.

Mr. Stewart is survived by Daughter, Starr Blackard; Sons, Matt Craft and Ken Reynolds; Sisters, Yvonne Jackson and April Hughes; Brothers, Clinton Eugene Stewart, Keith Stewart, and Dustin Stewart. A host of nieces and nephews also survive.

Parents, Henry Edward Stewart and Dorothy Annette Nicholson Stewart; Sister, Keela Stewart; and Brother, Eddie Stewart precede him in death.

The funeral service for Mr. Stewart will be conducted on Monday, May 11, 2009, at 2:00 p.m. at The Church of God of the Union Assembly with Rev. Jessie Hughes, Rev. Johnny Hughes, and Rev. Jarandon Hughes officiating.

The interment will follow in Northview Cemetery.

Colandon Hughes, Toby Hughes, Kaylong Hughes, Anthony Allen, Patrick Allen, Cory Faulknor, LaBraylon Allen, and Clinton Stewart will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 10, 2009, from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Gammage Funeral Home.
