Obituary

Mr. William "Dub" Couch, age 83, of Cedartown, GA passed away Friday, May 18, 2012. He was born August 7, 1928, the son of the late Rupert Lee Couch and Mattie Maude Bennett Couch.

Mr. Couch proudly served in the United States Army assigned to the 82nd Airborne as a Jump Master.

He is survived by wife of 58 years, Annie Bell White Couch; children, Robert Cooper (Denise), Ray Couch (Felicia), Delilah Oxenreider (George), Raymond Couch (Catherine), Donna Raybun (Rusty), Tony Couch, Scott Couch (Vicki); nineteen grandchildren; twenty-four great grandchildren. Also surviving are siblings, Vernon Odell Couch, Barry Lee Couch, Michael Allen Couch, and Dessie Jean Brown Couch.

Mr. Couch is preceded in death by his parents and sisters and brothers: Rupert Harold "Buck" Couch, Julian Wayne "Red" Couch, Johnnie Mae Brown, Dewey Webster Couch, Shirley Imogene Cuzzort, and Jerry Lane Couch.

The funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, May 19th, at 5:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Barry Snapp officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Saturday, May 19th, at the funeral home from
3:00 – 5:00 p.m.

The following will serve as pallbearers: Jordan Raybun, Darrell Oxenreider, Jason Oxenreider, Jay Couch, Taylor Truett, and Brandy Brady.

The Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home is handling the arrangements for Mr. William "Dub" Couch.
