Mr. William E. "Bill" Spears, age 68, of Cedartown, GA, passed away on December 4, 2012. He was born on March 29, 1944 in Anniston, Alabama. He was the son of the late Roy D. and Alice Spears.

Mr. Spears is survived by his loving wife, Cissy Spears; daughter, Jamie Spears; son, Logan Spears; sisters, Ellen, Marlene, Nancy and Deborah; brothers, Marshall and Michael.

Mr. Spears is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Mary and Liz and brother, John.

A graveside service for Mr. Spears will be conducted on Friday, December 7, 2012 at eleven o'clock in the morning at Plum Springs Cemetery in Eastaboga, Alabama.

Nephews and close friends will serve as pallbearers.
