Mr. Wayne Morris Chadwick, age 73 of Cedartown, passed away on Monday, January 6, 2014. He was born on July 21, 1940 in Polk County. He was the son of the late James Chadwick and Mildred Shiflett Chadwick.

Mr. Chadwick is survived by his daughter, Robin Hambrick; Connie Pruitt and husband Melvin; sons and daughter-in-law, Rodger Kott and Pat and Daniel Bowen; brothers, Gary Chadwick and Marion Chadwick and wife Donna; two grandchildren, Brandon Fullard and wife Megan and Kylie Fullard; four great-grandchildren, Bailey Fullard, Cole Fullard, Harper Fullard and Eli Fullard and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Mr. Chadwick is preceded in death by his parents and grandson, Phillip Henry Hurst, Jr.

In keeping with Mr. Chadwick wishes' he was cremated. A memorial service will be conducted on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at 6:30pm at the Church of Latter Day Saints with Mr. Melvin Woodward officiating.

The family will be receiving friends and family on Wednesday, January 8, 2014, from 6 pm until 6:30 pm at the Church of Latter Day Saints.
