Mrs. Vera Grace Ray Stephens, Age 84, of 797 Georgia Avenue, Cedartown passed away Sunday, March 13, 2005. She was born on March 11, 1921 in Haralson County.

Mrs. Stephens is preceded in death by her Parents, Mary Waldrop Ray and Louis Ray.

She is survived by her Husband, Mr. Homer L. Stephens, a Son and Daughter-in-Law, Randy and Brenda Stephens, Grandchildren, Kyle Stephens, and Shae and Derinda Stephens. Also, surviving are 3 Great Grandchildren, Daniel Stephens, Hannah Stephens, and Shayla Stephens.

The Funeral Service for Mrs. Vera Grace Ray Stephens will be conducted on Tuesday, March 15th at 3:00PM at Faith Baptist Church in Cedartown with the Rev. Randy Stephens and Rev. Danny Tucker officiating. Internment will follow in the Polk Memory Gardens.

Pallbearers are Delmar Sanders, Bill Willis, Mike Whitfield, Tommy Stephens, Wayne Landrum, Larry Bentley, and Doug Bentley. Honorary Pallbearers are Shae Stephens and Kyle Stephens.

The family will receive friends on Monday, March 14th from 7:00PM until 9:00PM at the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home.
