Mrs. Vera P. Davis age 96 of 2679 Rockmart Hwy Cedartown passed away Friday November 26, 2004. She was born October 30, 1908 in Cleburn, County Alabama to parents George E. & Malindy Rudeseal.

Mrs. Davis was a member of the Wimberly Hill Baptist Church.

Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her husband James Owen Davis, Sr.

Mrs. Davis is survived by Daughters; Annie Lee Cauthen, Jennie Ruth Robinson &
Elaine Henderson; Sons, Rev. Larry G. Davis & Rev. James Owen "Bud" Davis, Jr.
7 Grandchildren , 15 Great Grandchildren & 2 Great Great Grandchildren also survive.

The funeral for Mrs. Vera P. Davis will be conducted on Sunday November 28th at
3:00 P.M. from the chapel of the Gammage Funeral Home with Rev. Larry G. Davis & Rev. James Owen "Bud" Davis, Jr. officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday November 27th from 4:00 until 9:00 P.M. The Interment will follow in the
Northview Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Dennis Stewart, Greg Trovillion, Barry Davis, Dwight Davis, Douglas Davis, Danny Ely, Gene Whatley & Max Cook.
