Mr.Tommy Clyde Garner, Jr., age 66, of Cedartown GA, passed away on August 26th, 2026. He was born in Rome, Georgia on February 28, 1960 to Tommy Clyde Garner, Sr. and Brenda Bentley Slaughter.

Tommy was a proud veteran of the United States Army having served in Germany. He was a master mason and enjoyed the fellowship with fellow masons. He retired from the Georgia Power Company as a lineman and also from Sheboygan Paint Company as a Department Manager.

He is preceded in death by his father, Tommy Clyde Garner, Sr.

Tommy is survived by his mother, Brenda Bentley Slaughter and 2 sisters, Cheyanne Lipscomb (Calvin) and Lori Slaughter (Ronald Brannon).

In keeping with Tommy's wishes, his body was cremated. No formal services will be held at this time. The family requests that flowers be omitted and that any memorial donation be made to the Cedartown/Polk County Humane Society, PO box 1339 Cedartown, GA 30125.
