Sonja Lee Goodwin's Obituary
Mrs. Sonja Lee Green Goodwin, age 69, of Cedartown, passed away on
September 24, 2007. She was born in Polk County on September 8, 1938.
She is preceded in death by her father, Mr. Clarence Varnell Green.
Surviving family members are mother, Mrs. Vesta Ann Lively Green; daughters, Donna Jerri Lorrens and Betsy Goodwin Windom; sons, James Edward Ferguson, and Roy Randall Lorrens; sister, Glenda Yancey; brothers, Bud Green and Jerry Green. Grandchildren, Ginny Williams, Jesse Ferguson, Kennon Windom and great-grandchild, Makenzie Ferguson also survive.
The funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, September 27 at 1:00 p.m. at the Friendship Baptist Church with Rev. Johnny Nelson, Rev. Randall Moore, and Rev. Billy Frasier officiating. Interment will follow in Friendship Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 26 from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at Gammage Funeral Home.
Pallbearers are Jesse Ferguson, Kennon Windom, Randal Green, Kenneth Green, Gary Zimmerman, and Greg Williams.
The Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home is handling the arrangements for
Mrs. Sonja Lee Green Goodwin.
