Mrs. Shirley Lunsford Johnson Lorrens, age 82, of Cedartown, Georgia, formerly of Cleveland, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2018. She was born on October 10, 1935 in Sweetwater, Tennessee. She was the daughter of the late Mathie Ree and Lillie Martin Lunsford.

Mrs. Lorrens was a member of Victory Baptist Church of Rockmart, Georgia; there she was a member of the choir. She was also a member of the Polk County Senior Community Choir. Her church was her life, and she loved talking about her and James' trips traveling to Hawaii.

Mrs. Lorrens is survived by her sons, Alvin Johnson (Sandra) and Robert Johnson (Judy); five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Lorrens is preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Kenneth Johnson and second husband, James Lorrens.

The funeral arrangements for Mrs. Shirley Johnson Lorrens will be conducted on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at seven o'clock in the evening at the Gammage Funeral Home with Rev. Barry Snapp officiating.

The family of Mrs. Lorrens will receive family and friends on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 from four o'clock in afternoon until the funeral service hour at the Gammage Funeral Home.

Interment will be on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at ten o'clock in the morning in the Northview Cemetery.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Ed Burnley, Todd Williams, Michael Gravett, Ken Fuller, David Williams and Roy Mauldin. Honorary pallbearers will be the senior Sunday School Class of Victory Baptist Church.
