Mrs. Sherry Shooks Thomas, age 62, of Cedartown, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, August 18, 2021. She was born on March 19, 1959 in Haralson County, Georgia.  She was the daughter of the late John Henry Shooks and Carrie Ware Shooks.

Mrs. Thomas is survived by her daughter, Taka Smith (Datrius); sons, Alfred Potts (Delonda) and Alex Potts; significant other, Gary Thomas; a host of grandchildren, four great grandchildren and her sister, Vicky Benson.

Mrs. Thomas is preceded in death by her parents and daughters, Rhonda Danyell Potts and Andrea Latrice Potts.

In keeping with Mrs. Thomas' wishes, she was cremated.
