Mrs. Sharon Dione Atkins Atchley, age 34 of Cedartown, passed away on Monday, August 7, 2017. She was born on February 22, 1983 in Rome, Georgia.

Mrs. Atchley is survived by her mother, Mary Jane Cooter Legg; husband, Leonard Atchley; daughters, Lana Dawn Atchley and Georgia Lynn Atchley; son, Brantley William Atchley; brother, Jacob Legg and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Atchley is preceded in death by her father, Jimmy Larry Atkins; sister, Kandy Lynn Atkins Perry and grandmother, Mary Frances Martin.

A memorial service for Mrs. Sharon Dione Atkins Atchley will be conducted on Thursday, August 10, 2017 at five o'clock in the evening in the chapel of the Gammage Funeral Home with Rev. Kendall Davis officiating.

The family of Mrs. Atchley will receive family and friends on Thursday, August 10, 2017 from four o'clock in the afternoon until the memorial service hour at the Gammage Funeral Home.

The family has respectfully requested that flowers are to be omitted and memorial donations can be made to the Gynecological Women's Cancer Foundation, 30 W. Monroe St, Suite 710, Chicago, Illinois 60606.

Mr. Chris Head and Mr. Mark Oxenrider will serve as honorary pallbearers.
