Mr. Seford W. Martin, age 74, of Hiram, Georgia, formally of Cedartown, passed away on Thursday, October 14, 2010. He was born on May 17, 1936 in Cedartown to the late Mr. and Mrs. Ambuse and Ada Martin.

Mr. Martin is preceded in death by his parents, Ambuse and Ada Martin; sister, Flora Wright niece, Teresa O'Neal and brothers, Preston Martin, J.T. Martin, L.C. Martin, and Marvin Martin.

Mr. Martin is survived by sister, Catherine Reynolds; brother, Walter Martin; nephews, David Ayers, Daniel Ayers, Bryan Ayers. Jr., Bryan Ayers, Sr., Joseph O'Neal, & Jerry O'Neal; nieces, Liberty & Tagon Bagwell, Tori, Lori, Shannon, & Brittany Ayers, and Crystal Ballweg.

The funeral service for Mr. Martin will be conducted on Monday, October 18, 2010 at three o'clock in the afternoon in the Chapel of the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. James Owens officiating. Interment will follow in the Center Cemetery in Felton, Georgia.

The family of Mr. Martin will receive friends on Sunday, October 17, 2010 from 6-9pm at the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Bryan Ayers, David Ayers, Ed Reynolds, Rusty Ballweg, Joseph O'Neal, and Ricky Fraizer.
