Ms. Sara Louise Cox Rodgers Cissne, age 95, of Jacksonville, Florida formerly of Cedartown peacefully passed away on Friday, March 2, 2007 at Regents Park Nursing Home. She was born on August 15, 1911 in Polk County.

Sara was a very dedicated, loving and kind daughter, mother and grandmother. She moved from Cedartown to Jacksonville, Florida in 1997 to be near her family. Ms. Cissne dearly loved her wonderful friends and family members she left behind in Cedartown.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William Clarence Cox and Eva Cox; daughter, Joyce Elaine Rodgers Pettit and son, Edwin Cissne.

Ms. Cissne is survived by grandchildren, Steven F. Pettit and Liz Pettit, Sandra P. Levicki, Carol E. Reimer and Ronald Reimer. Also surviving are great grandchildren, Andrew Levicki III, Zachary Levicki, Alexis Reimer and Adam Reimer and a great great grandson, Andrew Levicki IV.

The graveside service will be conducted on Sunday, March 4th at 2:00p.m. at Northview Cemetery with Rev. Wayne Benefield officiating.
