Mrs. Sara Youngblood Brock Hodnett, age 87 of Langston, Alabama, passed away on Friday, November 6, 2015. She was born on March 4, 1928 in Cave Spring, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late John Felix Youngblood and Maybell Blythe Youngblood.

Mrs. Hodnett is survived by her husband, Frank Hodnett; sons, Scott Brock and Frank Hodnett Jr. of Canton Georgia; daughter, Alison Moss (Larry) of Canton Georgia; sister, Mary Johnson; brother, Johnny Youngblood; five grandchildren, Steve Brock, Jordan Caleb Moss (Jamie), Katie Brock Fuller (Jesse), and Kelli Brock Bell (JP), Jacob Nathaniel Moss; and great-grandchildren, Breleigh Fuller, Gannon Bell, and Cayden James Moss.

Mrs. Hodnett is preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Hampton Clark Brock; and sister, Dorothy Willingham.

A graveside service for Mrs. Sara Youngblood Brock Hodnett will be conducted on Sunday November 8, 2015, at 3 o'clock in the Northview Cemetery with Rev. Steve Fetkenhour officiating.

The family of Mrs. Hodnett will receive family and friends on Saturday November 7,2015 from 5 o'clock in the evening until 8 o'clock in the evening at the Gammage Funeral Home.
