Mrs. Sandra Genelle Simpson Lewis, age 77, of Cedartown, GA passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2012. She was born in Macon, GA on June 2, 1935, the daughter of the late Charles Henry Simpson and Mignon Thompson Simpson.

She was retired from Arrow Shirt Company and a member of First Baptist Church.

Mrs. Sandra Lewis is preceded in death by husband, Hulid Don Lewis, Sr.; sons, Charles Curtis Lewis, Scott Simpson Lewis; sister, Donna Gay Astin.

She is survived by daughter, Victoria Lewis Frasier; son, Hulid Don Lewis, Jr., sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Donnie Blankenship; brother-in-law, Dicky Astin. Also surviving are four loving grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews.

In keeping with her wishes, she was cremated. The memorial service for Mrs. Sandra Lewis will be conducted on Monday, October 22nd, at 2:00 p.m.in the chapel of the Gammage Funeral Home with Rev. Wayne Benefield officiating. The burial of her cremains will follow at Northview Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Monday from 1:00 – 2:00 at the funeral home.
