Mrs. Sally Ann Lackey, age 52 of Cedartown, passed away on Thursday, April 03, 2014.  She was born on November 20, 1961 in Chicago, Illinois.   She was the daughter of the late Billy Jo, Sr. & Sally Belle Whitaker Smith.

Mrs. Lackey is preceded by her parents; brothers, Billy Joe, Jr. and Jerry Smith; sister, Kathy Watson; and daughter, Sabrina Lackey.

Mrs. Lackey is survived by her husband, Gary Lackey; son, Lee Lackey (Stacey); daughters, Crystal Goss (Scottie), April Lackey, and Cindy Lackey; 12 grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.

The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
