Mr. Royce Douglas Hulsey passed away on Tuesday July 28th, 2026. Royce was born on November 10th, 1942 to parents Ben and Jewell Hulsey. He was a graduate of Cedartown High School, class of 1960.

He is survived by his wife, Beth Hulsey; brother, Mike Hulsey (Debra); and sister, Sheila Carter (David). He was also survived by his stepchildren Heather Moore Terry (Eddie); Allison Moore Kelley (Todd); and Lance Moore (Angie). Also survived by his grandchildren, Hunter Scott (Irena); Mackenzie Scott; Peyton Moore (Kelby) Brooks Moore (Jessica) and Parker Kelley. Lastly, he was survived by his great-grandchildren, Sasha Scott, Lily Scott and Maddox Moore. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Mr. Hulsey was preceded in death by his parents and his wife; Ann Hulsey.

Royce (Doug) served in the US Army, US Navy and worked as a Project Manager for the US Air force for 40 years.

Per his wishes, he was cremated and buried at Snow Memorial in Macon, Georgia.
