Mr. Roy Wilson Wallace, age 78 of Cedartown, passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2016. He was born on May 19, 1938. He was the son of the late Roy Wilson Wallace and Ruby Faye Heath Wallace.

Mr. Wallace is survived by his wife, Melba Joyce Browning Wallace; daughter, Donna Wallace (John); son, Wilson Mark Wallace (Denise); brother, Barry Wallace; grandchildren, Brandy Brown Pope (Tim), Brett Wilson Wallace (Meredith) and Breanna Lee Wallace; great-grandson, Briggs Wilson Wallace; two nephews and one niece.

A graveside service for Mr. Roy Wilson Wallace will be conducted on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at three o'clock in the afternoon at Youngs Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with Mr. Charles Trippe officiating.

The family of Mr. Wallace will receive family and friends on Saturday, January 14, 2017 from two o'clock in the afternoon until the graveside hour at the Gammage Funeral Home.

The family has requested that flowers are to be omitted and donations can be made to the Cedartown Humane Society, P.O. Box 1339, Cedartown, GA 30125, or by email at cedaranimals@gmail.com.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Tim Pope, Brett Wallace, John Bolson, Mike Howard, Glenn Vinson, Eddie Hooper and Phillip Reedy.
