Mr. Rodrigo Perez Mendez, age 41 of Cedartown, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, June 27, 2026.  He was born on March 4, 1985 in Guatemala City.

Mr. Mendez is survived by his mother, Micaela Mendez Gonzalez; wife, Angela Hernandez- Reynoso; daughter, Lusinda Perez Hernandez; sons, Wilder Perez Hernandez, Isaac Perez Hernandez and Eliezer Perez Hernandez and brother, Hector Perez Mendez (Lorena).

Mr. Mendez is preceded in death by his father, Jose Perez Juarez.

The family of Mr. Mendez will receive family and friends on Friday, July 10, 2026 from five o'clock in the evening until nine o'clock in the evening at the Olin L. Gammage & Sons Funeral Home.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at ten o'clock in the morning at St. Bernadette Roman Catholic Church with Father Miller Gomez Ruiz officiating.  Mr. Mendez will return to his hometown in Guatemala City for a private burial in the coming days.
