Mr. Robert Seals Peace, age 71, of Covington, GA, passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2009. He was born June 17, 1938 in Polk County, GA, the son of the late Memory E. Peace and Minnie Mae Belle Rainwater Peace.

He is survived by wife, Martha Faye Owens Peace; daughter, Elizabeth Lane "Libby" Zaruba; son, Roland Gregory Peace; sister, Rossie Johnson; brother, William H. Peace; and five grandchildren, Ryan Perry, David Hyatt, Kelly Hyatt, Callianne Peace, and Elijah Gregory Peace

Mr. Peace is preceded in death by his parents.

The memorial service for Mr. Peace will be conducted on Friday, June 26, 2009, at 12:00 p.m. at Southside Baptist Church with Rev. Brian Owens officiating. Interment will follow on a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718.
