Mr. Robert Russell, Jr. age 76, of Midland, NC, passed away November 18, 2012. He was born September 5, 1936 in Cabarrus County, NC.
Mr. Russell is survived by wife, Jeanette Ecklund Russell; daughters, Tammy Phillips, Pam Moore, Melody Moore, Sandy Moore; sons, John Jack Russell, Robert Russell III, Randy Moore, Timothy Moore; sisters, Ann Keener, Faye Garver, Margie Barr, Helen Edgerton, Violet Kramer; brothers, Jack Russell.
Also surviving are 26 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by parents Robert Russell, Sr. and Sallie Drake Russell; son, Jimmy Moore; grandson, John Longo; sister, Tina Burr; brother, John Henry Russell.
In keeping with Mr. Russell's wishes he was cremated. A memorial service will be held in his hometown of Midland, NC at a later date.
The Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home is handling the arrangements for Mr. Robert Russell, Jr.
