Richard Chad Smith's Obituary
Mr. Richard Chad Smith, age 21, of Cedartown passed away Friday, February 9, 2007. He was born on July 5, 1985 in Rome, Georgia.
He is preceded in death by grandparents, Elizabeth D. Ballew, William A. Ballew, and Billy Bollinger.
Mr. Smith is survived by his father, Richard Smith; mother, Gladys Ballew; daughter, Cambria "Savannah" Nichole Smith; sisters, Misty Ballew, Christie Hitchcock, Samantha Rodriguez, and twin sister, Jessica Smith; grandmother, Betty Smith. Also surviving are numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
The funeral service will be conducted on Monday, February 12th, at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home with Dr. Jerry Buttrum officiating. Interment service will follow in Oakgrove Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 11th from 7:00 – 9:00 PM at the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home.
Pallbearers are Daniel Cheatwood, Thomas Ammons, Andy Campbell, Jose Arias, John Rodriguez, Osiris Equivel, Lee Taylor.
Honorary Pallbearer is Jonathan Ingram.
