Mrs. Rebecca Ann "Becky" Partain, Age 62, of Buchanan Highway, passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2005. She was born on August 29, 1942 in Fulton County to Mrs. Jeanette Mosley Sheffield and Mr. V.G. Sheffield.
Mrs. Partain is preceded in death by her Father, V.G. Sheffield.
Mrs. Partain was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church where her Husband, Earl, is Pastor. She has been a Pastors wife for 34 Years. They have traveled together, ministering for Jesus, in Georgia, Alabama, and Kentucky. Mrs. Partain and her Husband, Earl, were married for 45 years. She will be remembered as a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother.
The family will receive friends on Friday, March 11th from 6:00PM until 9:00PM at the funeral home.
She is survived by her Husband, Rev. Earl Partain, Sr., Daughter and Son-in-law, Lynn and David Willingham of Cedartown, Daughter and Son-in-law, Ann and Jeff Wheeler of Cave Spring, Son and Daughter-in-law, Earl Partain, Jr. and Tracy Partain of Silver Creek and Son and Daughter-in-law, Carl and Angie Partian of Roanoke, Alabama. Ten Grandchildren, Adam and Monica Willingham, Davina and Wayne Cupp, Kyle Wheeler, Cody Wheeler, Thomas Partain, Drew Partain, Iviegh Partain, Bekkah Partain, Waverley Partain and Bellah Partain, One Great Grandson, Dylan Cupp. Two Brothers, Bobby Sheffield of Forest Park and Barry Sheffield of Birmingham, Alabama, One Sister, Sandra Tanner of Dacula. Also surviving is Mrs. Partian's Mother, Jeanette Mosley Sheffield.
The funeral for Mrs. Rebecca Ann "Becky" Partian will be conducted on Saturday, March 12th at 2:00PM in the Chapel of the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home with the Rev. Junior Stanford officiating. Internment will follow in the Polk Memory Gardens.
Pallbearers are Adam Willingham, Kyle Wheeler, Wayne Cupp, Dwayne Yarbrough, Gray Wright, and Jeremy Wilks. Honorary Pallbearers are Cody Wheeler, Thomas Partain, and Drew Partain.
The Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home of Cedartown is in charge of the arrangements for Mrs. Rebecca Ann "Becky" Partain.
