Mr. Raymond Earl Barnett, Jr. "Junior", Age 67, of Cedartown passed away Monday, March 28, 2005. He was born in Polk County on October 16, 1937.

Mr. Barnett is preceded in death by his Parents, Ruby Estell Welchel and Raymond Earl Barnett, Sr., and a Brother, Varnell Barnett.

He is survived by his Wife, Peggy Barnett and 10 Children, Danny Barnett, Tammy Barnett Chastain, Tara Barnett, Sandy Dobbs, Eric Barnett, Darrell Chastain, Wayne Chastain, Dennis Chastain, Pete Chastain and Rodney Chastain. Also surviving, a Brother, John Barnett, 13 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren a number of Son-in-laws, Daughter-in-laws, Nieces and Nephews.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 29th from 6:00PM until 9:00PM at the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home.

The Funeral Service for Mr. Raymond Earl Barnett, Jr. will be conducted on Wednesday, March 30th at 3:00 o'clock in the Chapel of the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Boatner and Rev. Owen "Bud" Davis, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in the Oakgrove Baptist Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Mark Brady, Joel Garner, Geraldo Sanchez, Jerry Pittman, Michael Merritt, Carmick "Boo" Montgomery and John Stroud.
