Mr. Ralph W. York, 73, of Amarillo, Texas died Wednesday, January 27, 2010.
Mr. York was born July 12, 1936 in Cedartown, Georgia. He was preceded in death by father and mother, Ralph W. York and Ivor Heard York Davis, his stepfather, Bill Davis and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William Thomas York and Mr. and Mrs. Troy Heard.
He is is survived by wife, Donna; four sons, Steven and wife, Karie, of Lubbock Texas, Brent and wife, Tiffeni, Rodney York and Kyle York, all of Amarillo, Texas, and brother, Ron York of Dallas, Texas.
Services for Mr. Ralph W. York are being conducted on Monday, February 2010, in the First Christian Church, Amarillo and burial in Claude Cemetery in Claude, Texas.
The Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home of Amarillo is handling the arrangements for Mr. Ralph W. York.
The Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home is making this local announcement for the family of Mr. Ralph W. York.
