Mrs. Peggy Joyce Brooks Padgett, age 84 of Cedartown, Georgia, passed away on Monday, November 22, 2021. She was born on September 18, 1937 in Austell, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late James F. and Odessa I. Nixon Brooks.

In keeping with Mrs. Padgett's wishes, she was cremated. A private family memorial service will be held.
