Mrs. Ozell Mattie Smith, Age 89, of 7251 West Strickland Street in Douglasville, GA passed away Sunday December 19, 2004 in an out of town hospital. She was born on March 30, 1915 to parents Samuel Bowman and Katie Blackmon. Mrs. Smith was a member of the Straightway Full Gospel Church where she loved her church family dearly.
Mrs. Smith is predeceased by her parents Father Samuel Bowman, Mother Katie Blackmon, & Husband Robert Smith.
She is survived by her sister, Mrs. Dollie Ward. A Loving Nephew And Niece Ronald & Debbie Bowman Numerous Nieces and Nephews
The Funeral for Mrs. Ozelle Mattie Smith will be conducted on Wednesday, December 22nd at 2:00 pm in the chapel of the Gammage Funeral Home with the Rev. Rick Jones officiating. The Interment will follow at Northview Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 21st from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm at the Gammage Funeral Home.
