Mr. Otis Benjamin Gibson, age 60 of Cedartown, passed away on Thursday, November 7, 2013. He was born on November 22, 1952 in Polk County. He was the son of the late Herbert L. Gibson and Kathryn Gladden Gibson.

Mr. Gibson is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Rebecka Dunn and Dan, Penny Shireman and Mike and Vanessa Gibson; sisters, Sheryl Knight, Sherry Harbin and Rita Hardinger; brothers, Gary Gibson and Herbert Gibson, Jr. and four grandchildren, Shelby Padgett, Wesley Alred, Walker Yoakum and Dallas Gibson.

The family of Mr. Gibson will receive family and friends on Sunday, November 10, 2013 from six o'clock in the evening until nine o'clock in the evening at the Gammage Funeral Home.

In keeping with Mr. Gibson's wishes' he will be cremated after the visitation and a memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at seven o'clock in the evening with Rev. John Hooper, Jr. and Rev. Vernon Knight officiating at the Piedmont Avenue Baptist Church in Rockmart, Georgia.
