Ms. Norma Ryals Morton, age 68, of Cedartown, passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2013. She was born on December 8, 1944 in Greenville, Alabama. She was the daughter of the late W.C. and Elsie Lavender Ryals.

Ms. Morton is survived by her daughter, Tina Lin Morton of Houston, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Charles "Chad" Morton and Casey; grandchildren, Zack Morton and Brooklyn Morton and special companion and his son, John Tucker and Chris Tucker.

Ms. Morton is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles E. Morton; son, Charles Jeffrey Morton; sisters, Fern Ryals and Pam Longest; brother, Steve Ryals and nephew, Joe Longest.

The funeral arrangements for Ms. Morton will be conducted on Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at eleven o'clock in the morning at Youngs Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Billy Frasier officiating. The body will lie in state one hour before the funeral hour at the church. Interment will follow in the Polk Memory Gardens.

The family of Ms. Morton will receive family and friends on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 from six o'clock in the evening until nine o'clock in the evening at the Gammage Funeral Home.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers; Ryan Pruitt, Bryan Bone, Eric Page, David Jennings, Vic Seaton, James Madden, Dustin Whitfield and Chris Tucker. Honorary pallbearers will be Zach Morton, Leonard Evans, Adam Evans and Greg Glen.
