Mr. Nick Hughes, age 27, of Silver Creek passed away Sunday, October 28, 2007. He was born September 16, 1980 in Floyd County.

Mr. Hughes was an employee of Hon Industries in Cedartown.

He is survived by his wife, Sara Elizabeth Rice Hughes; father, Greg Hughes, mother, Romaine Hughes and birth mother, Wanda Compton; sister, Stacey Hooper; grandparents, Henry and Elaine Hughes, Wayne and Shirley Benefield, and Harold Compton of Rockmart. Great Grandmother, Clara Hightower also survives.

Graveside and Interment services for Mr. Nick Hughes will be conducted on Wednesday, October 31 at 1:00 p.m. at the Bellview Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 30 from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home.
