Mrs. Nancy S. Bollinger, Jefferson, Georgia, passed away Monday, Dec. 3, 2007. She was born March 7, 1946 in Hamilton County, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Emmett Charles and Mayree Osborne Smythe.

Mrs. Bollinger was one of nine chosen members planning a church sponsored Medical Mission to Haiti in February 2008.

Family members surviving are Husband, Fred Bollinger; step-son and his wife, Freddy and Jamie Bollinger; Sister, Lanier Smythe; Brother-in-law and his wife, Kelly and Sallie Bollinger, nephews, John Marius, Patrick Bollinger; nieces, Renee' McMullen, Nichole Ingram.

Funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, December, 5, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of The Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Doyle Kelley and Rev. Ben Phillips officiating. Interment will follow in Northview Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 4, from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to Haiti 2008 Mission Fund, Chestnut Mtn. Presbyterian Church, P. O. Box 7280, Chestnut Mtn., GA 30502.
