Mrs. Myra Jean Johnson Goodman, age 52, of Monroe, Georgia, passed away on Friday, February 17, 2012. She was born on October 8, 1959 in Rockmart, Georgia.

Mrs. Goodman is survived by her husband, James Goodman; mother, Ruby Fay Johnson Murphy; sons; Jason Howard Murphy, Brian Murphy and Douglas Wayne Murphy; sisters, Laura Ann Fuller and Deborah Fay Martin; brothers, Howard Emmett Murphy, William Ray Murphy and Mark Wayne Murphy; several grandchildren and several aunts and uncles also survive.

Mrs. Goodman is preceded in death by her father, Harley Bradford and step-father, Howard Murphy.

The funeral arrangements for Mrs. Goodman will be conducted on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at four o'clock in the afternoon in the Chapel of the Gammage Funeral Home with Rev. James Coffman officiating.

The family of Mrs. Goodman will receive family and friends on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 from two o'clock in the afternoon until the funeral hour at the Gammage Funeral Home.

In keeping with Mrs. Goodman's wishes', Mrs. Goodman will be cremated after the funeral service.
