Obituary

Mr. Michael S. Robinson, age 40 of Cedartown, passed away on Wednesday, August 6, 2014. He was born on April 20, 1974 in Rome, Georgia.

"Gut" was a dedicated and devoted member of Unified Brothers.

Mr. Robinson is survived by his loving wife, Heather Knowles Robinson; sons, Bryant and Lakon Robinson; daughter, Lauren Robinson; mother and father, David and Sherry Patterson; biological father, James Robinson; sister and brother-in-law, Chandra and Justin Dawson; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Ronnie and Kathy Mullinax; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Chad and Gennie Knowles; grandparents, Charlene Guice and Bill Guice; grandfather, Coye Patterson; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jimmy and Sheila Knowles; sister-in-laws, Candi Jones and Megan Swanson; brother-in-laws, Dusty Alexander and Chris Knowles and several nieces and nephews also survive.

The funeral arrangements for Mr. Robinson will be conducted on Monday, August 11, 2014 at two o'clock in the afternoon at the Second Baptist Church with Rev. Danny Rhodes and Mr. Jonathan Blackmon. Interment will follow in the Polk Memory Gardens.

The family of Mr. Robinson will receive family and friends on Sunday, August 10, 2014 from five o'clock in the evening until eight o'clock in the evening at the Gammage Funeral Home.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers; Jarvis Frazier, PJ Stephens, Jason Guice, Chad Knowles, Tommy Morris, Steve Garmon and Bryant Robinson. Honorary pallbearers will be Unified Brothers and Lakon Robinson.

Flowers are being accepted; however, memorial donations can be made to the Polk County Sheriff's Office Memorial Fund for Lauren, Bryant, and Lakon Robinson at Suntrust Bank of Cedartown.
