Mr. Michael Cox of Cedartown, GA, 45, passed away Sunday, June 1, 2008. He was born in Atlanta, GA on November 26, 1962.

Mr. Cox was preceded in death by his father, Rev. Gerald Cox.

Mr. Cox is survived by daughter, Katelyn Marie Cox; Son, Christopher Mason Cox; Mother, Vassie Wells Cox; Sister and Brother-in-law, Judy and Terry Patterson; Brother, David Cox; Niece, Katie Hensley; Nephews, Matt Patterson and Chris Cox; Great Nephew, Radek Hensley. Mr. Cox is also survived by former wife, Sherri McDonald Cox.

The visitation for Mr. Cox will be held Wednesday, June 04, 2008 from 6 -7 p.m. at the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home.

The memorial service will be conducted on Wednesday, June 04 at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Gene Beck and Rev. Jeff Pilgrim officiating.

Honorary pallbearers will be Carl Redding, Keith Kelley, Timmy McCarty, Brad Vance, Scott Colbert, Lane Chandler, and Greg Barber.

The family has respectfully requested that flowers be omitted. Donations may be made to your church or favorite charity of choice.
