Master Lyric Jay Nelson of Cedartown, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, March 1, 2018 in Atlanta, Georgia. He was born on February 8, 2018.

Master Lyric Jay Nelson is survived by his Parents, Deon LaVonsha Nelson and Emily Belle Sapp, Maternal Grandparents: Misty & Michael Williams and Stephen & Misty Sapp, Paternal Grandparents: Deon and Terrance Carter: a number of Aunts and Uncles also survive.

A Memorial Service for Master Lyric Jay Nelson will be held on Thursday, March 8 2018 at two o'clock in the afternoon in the chapel of the Gammage Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Castle officiating.

The family of Master Lyric will receive family and friends on Thursday, March 8, 2018 from one o'clock in the afternoon until the funeral hour at the Gammage Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations to be made to The Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia Foundation.
