Mrs. Mary Jo Gardner, age 86, of Cave Spring, Georgia passed away at her home on Tuesday, November 10, 2009. She was born in Buffalo, New York on July 10, 1923.

Mrs. Gardner is survived by husband, Robert Gardner; daughters, Carol Binger, JoAnn Waldrop, Marcy Johnson, and Nancy Gardner; sons, Robert Gardner, Allen Gardner, and David Gardner; sister, Carol Foote; brother, Buswell "Buz" Roberts. Eighteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.

She is preceded in death by daughter, Mary Elizabeth Gardner; parents, Carroll and Marie Roberts; brothers, William Roberts, Thomas Roberts, and Harold Roberts.

A memorial mass will be conducted at the St. Bernadette Catholic Church on Friday, November 13th, at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Rafael Castano officiating.
