Mary "Charlene" Douglas, age 71 of Cedartown, passed away on Saturday, January 18, 2014. She was born on December 12, 1943 to the late Milo and Lorraine Schultz.

Ms. Douglas is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, James M. Grindstaff IV and Shawna Grindstaff; grandchildren, James M. Grindstaff V, Sarah Charlene Grindstaff; spouse, James M. Grindstaff III;sister, Dewania "Dee" Yetter; and nephew, Michael D. Martin.

Ms. Douglas is preceded in death by her parents and a niece Debra Denise Martin.

A memorial service for Ms. Douglas will be conducted on Sunday, January 19, 2014 at eleven o'clock in the morning in the chapel of the Olin L. Gammage Funeral Home with Douglas M. Mills officiating.

The family of Ms. Douglas will receive family and friends on Sunday, January 19, 2014 for one hour prior to the memorial service at the Gammage Funeral Home.
