Mrs. Marie Beauford, age 85, of Cedartown, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, April 22, 2008. She was born June 17, 1922 in Polk County, Georgia.

Mrs. Beauford is survived by daughter-in-law, Connie Dyer; eight grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.

She is predeceased by husband, Edward "Red" Dyer; son, Charles Dyer; mother, Elizabeth McCormick.

The funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, April 24, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Gammage Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Northview Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the Gammage Funeral Home on Thursday from 12:00 noon until the funeral hour.

The Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home is handling the arrangements for Mrs. Marie Beauford.
