Mrs. Marvelle Bowman Shoemaker, age 92, of Cedartown passed away on Monday, February 6, 2006. She was born on May 27, 1913 in Cleburne County Alabama.

She is preceded in death by husband, David G. Shoemaker and parents, James and Arvella Turner Bowman.

Mrs. Shoemaker is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Larry and Amelia Shoemaker, Ronald Shoemaker and Gloria Shoemaker; and son, Jerry Shoemaker. Also surviving are four grandchildren, Rhonda Sheppard, Brian Shoemaker, Nicole Castelucci and Crystal Shoemaker and great grandchildren.

The funeral service will be conducted Thursday, February 9th at two o'clock in the afternoon in the chapel of The Olin L. Gammage & Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Hulsey and Chaplin Alan Fuller officiating. Interment will follow in Northview Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, February 8th from 6:00PM until 8:ooPM at Gammage Funeral Home.

Pallbearers are Brian Shoemaker, Ken Sheppard, David Bowman, Michael Bowman and Alberto Cabrera.

The Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home has charge of the arrangements for Mrs. Marvelle Bowman Shoemaker.
