Martha Cantrell Williams, age 80, of Cedartown, Georgia, passed away Friday, November 12, 2010. She was the daughter of the late Emory Waddell Cantrell and Nellie Pauline Ray Cantrell.

Ms. Martha Williams is survived by her son & daughter-in-law, Stan & Kim Williams; daughter & son-in-law, Tina & Barry Carter; grandchildren, Cory Williams, Jeff & Michelle Frazier Martin, Russell and Bonnie Frazier Smith, Adam & Laurel Carter; great grandchildren, Dylan Miller, Will Miller, Shepherd Smith, Macy Carter; sister, Estelle Clinton; and brothers, Earl Cantrell, Joe Cantrell, and Clinton Cantrell.

The funeral service for Ms. Martha Cantrell Williams will be conducted on Sunday, November 14, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Olin L. Gammage & Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Wegner officiating. Interment will follow in Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends two hours prior to the funeral service, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Olin L. Gammage & Sons Funeral Home.

Pallbearers are Adam Carter, Cory Williams, Jeff Martin, Russell Smith, Sammy White, and Barry Clinton.
