Mrs. Margaret Gillespie Robinson, age 86 of Cedartown, passed away on Monday, February 6, 2017. She was born on October 1, 1930 in Clare, Michigan. She was the daughter of the late James "Jimmy" and Leta Bebe Gillespie.

Mrs. Margaret lived her life being a good steward. She was always the first one to take food and well wishes to the sick and families of the recently departed. She loved to host dinners for school and church activities. She was an active member of First United Methodist Church and the Methodist Women's group. She thrived on making holidays and special occasions memorable.

Mrs. Margaret was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She touched the hearts and minds of those around her. She will be dearly missed.

Mrs. Robinson is survived by her loving husband, Keith D. Robinson; daughters and son-in-laws, Pamela R. Smith (Dee), Deborah Gardner (Robert) and Lee Ann Dempsey (David); son and daughter–in-law, Brian Robinson (Michelle); seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Mrs. Robinson is preceded in death by her parents; son, Mark Robinson and sisters, Vena Lee Hardesty and Sally Murphy.

In keeping with her wishes' she was cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later time. In lieu of flowers, please donate to First United Methodist Church of Cedartown to the memorial garden fund.
