Ms. Lula Howard Strickland, age 94 of Cedartown, passed away on Wednesday, March 2, 2016. She was born on March 19, 1921 in Cedartown. She was the daughter of the late Thomas Lee Howard and Beulah Howell Howard.

Ms. Strickland is survived by her nieces and nephews, Larry and Lynne Kuglar, Jeff and Susan Kuglar Davis, Raymond and Elaine Kuglar, Steve and Linda Wells, Rodney and Beverly Wells and Janice Howard and great nieces and great nephews.

Ms. Strickland is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Neely William Strickland.

A graveside service for Ms. Lula Howard Strickland will be conducted on Friday, March 4, 2016 at eleven o'clock in the morning at Lime Branch Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Wayne Benefield officiating.

The family of Ms. Strickland will receive family and friends on Friday, March 4, 2016 from ten o'clock in the morning until the graveside hour at the Gammage Funeral Home.
