Ms. Lucky Koch Downey, age 71 passed away on Wednesday, January 23, 2013. She was born on November 27, 1941 in Borough of Glen Ridge, NJ. She was the daughter of the late J. Theodore Koch and Harriet Todd Koch.

Ms. Downey is survived by sons, Glenn Hines, Aurora, CO, Randy Hines, Cedartown, GA and Trey Downey, Richardson, TX; daughter, Cindy Downey, Lexington, KY and granddaughters, Teagan Downey, Taryn Downey and Kenley Downey.

In keeping with Ms. Downey's wishes she was cremated. A graveside and memorial committal service for Ms. Downey will be held at West Point Cemetery in West Point, NY.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to one of the following, American Cancer Society, The Heart Fund or St. Jude in memory of her father, J. Theodore Koch.
