Lorene Welchel's Obituary
Mrs. Lorene H. Welchel, age 74 of Cedartown passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2006. She was born on March 16, 1931 in Polk County.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Seals Ledford Welchel; mother, Viola Pendley; father, Ray Hall and a brother, Curtis Hall.
Mrs. Welchel is survived by daughters, Janis Lee and Greer Moody; three grandchildren, Regina Ashworth, Shelli Brackett, Dr. Ryan Moody. Also surviving are five great grandchildren, Lee Ashworth, Marika Ashworth, Dylan Brackett, Devan Brackett, Cierra Allen.
The family will receive friends Friday, February 10th from 6:00PM until 9:00PM at Gammage Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, February 11th at 2:00PM in the Chapel of the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Boatner officiating. Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
Pallbearers Ken Moody, Dr. Ryan Moody, Charles Stone, Rusty Ruhling, Grant Stinson, and Scott Allen.
The Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home has charge of the arrangements for Mrs. Lorene H. Welchel.
