Mr. Lloyd Noel, Jr., age 86, of Cedartown, Georgia passed away on Saturday, January 20, 2018. He was born on June 6, 1931 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was the son of the late Lloyd Noel, Sr. and Laura Watkins Foor (step father Paul L. Foor). His late maternal grandparents were Reese and Minnie Watkins and late paternal grandparents were Harry and Margaret Foor.

Mr. Noel proudly served our country in the United States Army and he later retired from the Cedartown Paper Board Company.

Mr. Noel is survived by his daughters, Amanda Noel Padgett (Byron), Margaret Noel Shaw, Mary Lee Hulsey, and Judy Hatton (Tommy); sons, Michael Noel (Jane) and Ray Noel (LaWanda); 17 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 2 Great Great Grandchildren; sisters, Shelvy Corban (Ray), Margaret Hitchins (Bill), Carol Whitley (Ronnie), Gail Foster, Fay Wibble (Willis), Mary Jane Foor (Donald); brothers, Neil Foor (Ethel), Vaughn Foor, Loren Foor, Dennis Foor (Mary); and sister-in-law, Michelle Foor. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Mr. Noel is preceded in death by his first wife, Evelyn Hulsey Noel and second wife, Brenda Sue Truett Noel; brother, John Foor; sister-in-law, Elizabeth Foor; and brother-in-law, Donald Foster.

In keeping with his wishes, his body was cremated. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 10.2018 at two o'clock in the afternoon at Dugdown Baptist Church. Full Military Rites will be conducted by the Brewster-Cleveland American Legion Honor Guard Post #86.
