Mrs. Lisa Jo Garner Jarrell, age 63, of Cedartown, passed away on Saturday, December 28, 2019.  She was born on August 28, 1956 in Trion, GA.  She was the daughter of Marlene Bartlett Garner and the late Richard H. Garner.

Mrs. Jarrell is survived by her husband, Billy Ray Jarrell; mother, Marlene Bartlett Garner; daughter, Rebecca Hall (Harlan Emery); Bonus Children, Miranda Hall and Matthew Hall; Sister, Anggie Chandler (Robert); Grandchildren, Cullen Hall, Jacob Zuniga and Chelsea Hall.

Mrs. Jarrell is preceded in death by her father; and Brother Phillip Wayne Garner.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Jarrell will be conducted Thursday, January 2, 2020 at 2:00 in the afternoon form the Pennville Community Church with Mr. Chuck Graves officiating. Mrs. Jarrell will lie in state at Pennville Community Church from 12 o'clock noon until the funeral hour. Interment will follow in the West Hill Cemetery in Trion, Ga.

The family of Mrs. Lisa Jo Garner Jarrell will receive family and friends on Wednesday January 1, 2020 from 6 o'clock in the evening until 8 o'clock in the evening at The Gammage Funeral Home.

Members of Mrs. Jarrell's extended family will serve as her pallbearers.
