Mrs. Linda Faye Brown Stroup, age 72, of Cedartown, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, October 11, 2020.  She was born on December 8, 1947 in Rockmart, Georgia.  She was the daughter of the late Alvin S. Brown, Jr. and Hazel McCullough Brown.

Mrs. Stroup is survived by her husband, Jerry Lee Stroup; sons, Buddy McKibben (Merri) and Chris Stroup (Bobbie); grandchildren Chayenne Stroup, Hunter Stroup, Josi McKibben, Jeff Ross (Amber), Hanna Henderson and Tyler Henderson (Katie) and a number of great grandchildren.

Mrs. Stroup is preceded in death by her parents and sister Betty Jean Brown Miller.

A graveside service for Mrs. Linda Faye Brown Stroup will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at four o'clock in the afternoon at Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery the Rev. Joel Smith and Mr. Buddy McKibben officiating.

The family of Mrs. Stroup will have a private family viewing on Tuesday, October 13, 2020.

Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Baptist Church cemetery.

In accordance with the guidelines and recommendations set forth by the CDC, social distancing guidelines will be in place as well as the use of masks requested for all services provided for Mrs. Stroup.
